Antichamber is a first-person puzzle game set in non-Euclidean space. The player has to learn his way through set of rooms. Each room contains a puzzle which must be solved to progress further. Puzzles require to learn laws of space and to manipulate objects accordingly. Later the player gains access to variety of guns which will help him to manipulate objects and solve previously missed puzzles. Guns are used to manipulate blocks of different colours and each type of gun colour has a different effect. The game is not entirely linear as there are multiple paths to follow. It is possible to return to the main hub at any time to try a different section and start there immediately. While moving through the rooms there are black panels that provide subtle hints on how to progress. These hints are then collected in the main hub on a large blackboard.
